Job Description- Lead Center of Excellence for small, mid-market and corporate insights in order to synthesize and socialise insights across organisation in visual, easy to digest manner.
- Managing insight content to share across Global Commercial Payments organisation via Community Chatter Platform.
- Partnering with cross-functional Research (GMPI), Employee Engagement and various business teams to hold organisation-wide events for insights knowledge-sharing.
- Furthering strategic thought leadership on framework and methodology for socialising insights.
- Maintain flexibility to work on ad hoc projects related to brand experiences, as well as strategy/consulting role as needed to ensure product marketing is on-brand for any new initiatives.
- This person will report into the Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy, with a dotted line to the Director, Brand Strategy, and work closely with GMPI as well as our product and customer marketing teams.
- Marketing generalist with experience developing customer-first communications across multiple channels.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; and ability to distil complex information and insights.
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and experience with positioning and messaging.
- Experience with American Express a plus.
- Experience with visual identity a plus.
