About the role:

The Director of Marketing leads the day to day execution of creative and performance driven marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across channels while keeping strategy, brand integrity, and results at the center.

This role translates the vision into scalable action, guiding campaign planning, creative development, prioritization, and operational excellence. The Director leverages data, automation, and emerging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, personalization, and performance optimization.

This leader serves as the primary owner of creative agency management and marketing operations, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to business objectives.


What you will be doing:

Creative Agency & Project Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all creative agency partners.

  • Manage agency workstreams in Asana, including briefs, timelines, approvals, and asset workflows.

  • Develop clear creative briefs and campaign frameworks informed by performance data and AI supported insights.

  • Use automation and AI tools to streamline reviews, version control, and approvals.

  • Create, assign, and monitor project plans, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Ensure feedback is consolidated, clearly communicated, and incorporated efficiently.

  • Maintain organized documentation, creative assets, and knowledge systems.

  • Drive accountability for timelines, quality, and performance across agency partners.

Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations
  • Oversee execution of enrollment, product, brand, PR, Demand Gen and lifecycle marketing campaigns all while embracing AI to enhance output.

  • Own the integrated marketing calendar and ensure cross channel alignment.

  • Establish and manage OKRs, reporting cadence, and AI enabled performance dashboards.

  • Use analytics and predictive insights to optimize campaign timing, targeting, and creative.

  • Improve workflows through automation and intelligent project management systems.

  • Ensure campaigns are consistently on brand, compliant, and optimized for results.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage and mentor team members across enrollment, B2B communications, design, and email functions.

  • Set clear priorities, expectations, and development plans for direct reports.

  • Train and enable teams on modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI supported workflows.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide hands on guidance to elevate creative quality and execution standards.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Data teams.

  • Align campaign execution with business priorities, launches, and client needs.

  • Support go to market planning and integrated campaign rollouts.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable, data driven marketing programs.

What you need:
  • 10-12+ years in leading marketing teams in a startup environment.

  • Health & wellness companies or healthtech experience a huge plus

  • Strong analytical and creative background

  • Comfort working with data platforms, automation tools, and emerging AI solutions

  • Experience partnering with Product and Client Success teams

  • Familiarity with healthcare or wellness brands

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline

Compensation: This role offers a base salary of up to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
