Capitalize is seeking a marketing guru who will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring their efficient execution. You'll be responsible for overseeing and scaling our marketing team and methods to align with the company's growth trajectory, incorporating best practices, automation, and awesome ideas. The right person should be an innovative visionary, willing to step out of their comfort zone and crush it!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity that aligns with the company's core values, goals, and market positioning
  • Utilize your expertise and innovative ideas to formulate effective marketing strategies
  • Create a comprehensive marketing playbook outlining various marketing methods and their efficient execution
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimal workflows, and approvals to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Work on growing and developing the marketing team
  • Analyze and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management/performance, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers
  • Act as a liaison between Leadership, Business Development, Marketing and Delivery, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals
  • Develop lead generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expand the customer base

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in professional services or technology industries
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies & teams that drive business growth
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Experience in website analysis, SEO, marketing analytics and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and best practices
  • Ability to travel
