Who We Are
We’re an experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating dynamic brand experiences that make an impact. We believe these experiences are important moments that can happen anywhere — onsite at an event, online, on a billboard, or across any other channel of a campaign. Audiences are overwhelmed with brands competing for their attention, so it takes true expertise to break through and turn those moments into experiences. That’s where we come in.
As an employee-owned agency, we’re fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to help brands break through in meaningful, memorable ways. We believe in being great, doing good, and having fun while delivering bold, results-driven, award-winning work. With offices in the SF Bay Area, New York, and Chicago, our client partners include some of the most recognizable brands in the world. More than just vendors, we’re strategic allies and production-born experts who help brands own every moment — wherever they take place.
The Role
We are looking to hire a Marketing Enablement Program Manager to lead the tools, programs, and initiatives that elevate Invision’s brand and empower our client-facing teams to win. Reporting to the SVP, Brand and Marketing, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Creative, Design, Digital, and Integrated Campaigns teams to ensure enablement efforts are strategic, cohesive, and delivered with consistency and impact. This is an opportunity for someone who blends strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and operational excellence - and who enjoys building programs that help teams show up confidently in the market.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of field marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Design, and Digital teams to ensure all materials reflect Invision’s brand voice and positioning
- Communicate regularly with Sales and Business Development teams about new tools, programs, and updates
- Help maintain content organization systems (e.g., SharePoint, Canto) to ensure accessibility and version control
- Partner with SVP, Brand and Marketing and SVP, Growth & Partnerships, and SVP, Integrated Campaigns to plan and execute field marketing programs such as client roundtables, workshops, and sponsorship activations to fuel pipeline acceleration
- Oversee sponsored webinars and related content development
- Serve as key liaison with relevant external partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Manage the full event lifecycle (pre-event planning, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up) in partnership with internal production to ensure engagement, data capture, and ROI measurement
- Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement and field marketing efforts, including engagement and pipeline impact
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver compelling pre-event promotions and post-event nurture content that extend audience engagement
- Continuously refine sponsorship and event strategy based on insights and results, driving scalable best practices across programs
- Create structured post-event reporting and share key takeaways and opportunities with leadership and sales to inform future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Specialist on deliverables for awards (e.g., case studies and sizzles) for brand oversight and ensuring consistency
- Drive timelines, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and at a high standard
What Success Looks Like
- Sales and Business Development teams feel equipped with clear, compelling tools that support confident client conversations
- Enablement materials are consistently on-brand, relevant, and easy to access
- Field marketing and sponsorship programs contribute measurable impact to pipeline and brand visibility
- Cross-functional partners trust you to bring clarity, momentum, and follow-through to complex initiatives
- Programs evolve over time based on insights, performance, and business priorities
