About Us

At Artisan, we’re building real AI employees. Not copilots, not assistants, but autonomous teammates.

Our first, Ava, is an AI BDR. She finds and researches leads, writes emails in customers’ tone of voice, runs outbound sequences, self-optimizes, and manages email deliverability infrastructure. She learns, adapts, and improves over time, just like a human would.

Human team members use Artisan as their primary working platform, replacing a sprawling stack of sales tools, and have Artisans working alongside them.

We went through Y Combinator (W24) and have raised $35M+ from top investors. We’re at $7M+ ARR, with hundreds of customers including Remote, Quora, and SumUp.

We’re currently working on Artisan 2.0 - a unified GTM platform where AI employees (SDRs, AEs, RevOps, and more) consolidate tooling, run outbound, and drive revenue autonomously. And we’re hiring.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketer/Growth Manager to own how Artisan is positioned, messaged, and launched to the world. This is a hybrid of a Growth PM & Product Marketer role.

You’ll:
  • Craft positioning & messaging: Define how we talk about Artisan, Ava, and our expanding platform - from website copy to sales decks to in-product messaging.

  • Drive launches & own feature adoption metrics: Build GTM plans for new features and own launch execution end-to-end. Everything from emails to social media posts, in-app nudges and customer success enablement. You will directly own the feature adpotion KPIs.

  • Enable sales & CS: Arm our AEs and CS teams with killer collateral - pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI calculators, and case studies.

  • Own the website & funnel narrative: Work with design and growth to make sure our site and top-of-funnel assets convert curiosity into pipeline.

  • Be the voice of the customer: Gather insights from sales, customers, and market research to shape product roadmap and messaging.

  • Own onboarding & customer education: Build guides, templates, and own the Artisan University to drive user success.

  • Webinars: Host a monthly webinar.

  • Own the product activation/retention funnel: Own Artisan’s activation, conversion, and retention funnels.

  • Own TTV: Own our time-to-value metric and work relentlessly to drive it down.

  • Own product growth experimentation: Work with engineering to ship growth experiments and measure impact.

  • Build growth loops: Develop viral/referral mechanics, and in-product nudges that drive compounding growth. We’re targeting a viral coefficient >1, and you will own getting us there.

What You Bring
  • 3–6 years in growth PM/product marketing at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally in sales/marketing tech.

  • Experience in a PLG environment.

  • A storyteller’s mindset: you can turn technical features into bold narratives that resonate with founders, sales leaders, and RevOps teams.

  • Strong content & collateral creation skills - from decks to web copy to demo scripts.

  • Scrappy and fast-moving: you ship, test, iterate, and don’t wait for perfect.

  • Analytical & data-driven: fluent in funnels, A/B tests, SQL/analytics.

Why Join Us
  • Shape the narrative of a category-defining company at the frontier of AI and GTM.
