Company Description

Our client operates in the performance marketing space, launching and testing campaigns across multiple offers, domains, ad accounts, and tracking environments.

Their success depends on reliable systems, accurate attribution, and disciplined execution. Rather than relying on guesswork, they build repeatable processes that allow winning campaigns to be identified, validated, and handed off for scale.

The team values technical excellence, accountability, and attention to detail. Small mistakes can have significant financial consequences, making quality and reliability essential to everything they do.

Job Description

Reporting To: Founder

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day - 5 days/week

Time Zone: Minimum 7 hours overlap with EST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Some marketing teams focus on creative ideas. Others focus on scaling winning campaigns. This role sits at the critical point where both become possible.

If you're the kind of engineer who enjoys building reliable systems, solving tracking challenges, and ensuring every technical component works flawlessly before a campaign goes live, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Our client is seeking a highly organized, technically strong Marketing Infrastructure Engineer to own the launch process from setup to first spend, creating the foundation that allows performance marketing campaigns to succeed.

Why This Opportunity Matters

Every successful campaign starts with an infrastructure that works perfectly.

In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming new offers into fully operational marketing assets. From tracking implementation and server-side event configuration to domains, landing pages, ad accounts, and campaign launches, you'll ensure every piece of the ecosystem is connected, tested, and functioning correctly.

Your work directly impacts speed to launch, data accuracy, and campaign profitability. When campaigns succeed, it's because the underlying systems were built right from day one.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, precision, and solving technical implementation challenges in a fast-moving performance marketing environment.

What You'll Own

  • You'll take ownership of the entire technical launch process for new marketing offers.
  • This includes gathering and organizing offer setup requirements from affiliate networks and partners, ensuring every required detail is collected accurately and documented properly.
  • You'll configure and maintain Meta Pixels and Conversions API integrations, implementing server-side tracking, validating event flows, troubleshooting attribution issues, and ensuring event quality remains high across campaigns.
  • You'll build the infrastructure needed to launch successfully, including ad accounts, Business Manager assets, domains, DNS configurations, redirect systems, and tracking environments.
  • Using proven campaign frameworks, you'll replicate existing funnels, deploy landing pages, launch initial test campaigns, and verify that every stage of the customer journey functions correctly—from click to conversion.
  • You'll serve as the primary owner of RedTrack operations, configuring campaigns, traffic sources, offers, postbacks, and attribution systems while ensuring reporting accuracy.
  • You'll also build and deploy landing pages, create Facebook Pages and supporting assets, and maintain thorough documentation so every setup remains organized, auditable, and repeatable.

Qualifications

What Makes You Successful

  • You'll thrive in this role if you're a genuine technical problem solver who enjoys building systems that work reliably at scale.
  • You have a Computer Science background, or equivalent hands-on development experience, and you're comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and technical administration platforms.
  • You'll be especially successful if you've worked directly with RedTrack or comparable tracking platforms such as Voluum or Binom and understand campaign attribution, traffic sources, offers, S2S tracking, and postback configurations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations is important. You know how to configure, validate, and troubleshoot tracking rather than simply understanding the concepts.
  • You're comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager, launching and monitoring campaigns while following established creative and strategic direction.
  • Most importantly, you're exceptionally organized. You use checklists, verify your work, and understand that attention to detail protects performance, budget, and data integrity.
  • Additional experience with affiliate marketing, CPA campaigns, affiliate networks, Cloudflare, DNS management, funnel research tools, or managing multiple Business Managers and ad accounts is highly valued.

Additional Information

What's In It For You

  • Full-time, fully remote opportunity with a globally distributed team
  • Direct ownership of critical marketing infrastructure and launch operations
  • Exposure to large-scale performance marketing environments
  • Opportunity to deepen expertise in tracking, attribution, server-side event architecture, and campaign infrastructure
  • A role where technical execution has a direct and measurable business impact
  • Monthly compensation of $1,200–$1,800
  • Structured collaboration with teams responsible for campaign scaling and growth
  • Clear ownership, responsibility, and visibility across the launch process

Ready to Build the Infrastructure Behind Winning Campaigns?

If you're energized by solving technical marketing challenges, enjoy creating systems that perform reliably under pressure, and take pride in getting every detail right before launch, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to own the technical foundation of high-performance marketing campaigns and play a critical role in turning new opportunities into measurable results.
