The Global Marketing organization is a diverse team of strategic and results-driven marketers who act as a driving force for propelling business growth across the complete Motorola Solutions ecosystem. We collaborate to elevate our story, differentiate our solutions, enable our sellers and compel our customers. This is a high-performing, fast-moving and dynamic team with responsibilities for all marketing programs, including product marketing, pipeline expansion marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, digital campaigns and media, web experience, events and marketing operations and analytics.
Job Description

Motorola Solutions offers a comprehensive, full-time, paid internship program designed to offer hands-on experience with real projects for real products that make a real difference. You will work collaboratively with the marketing teams to develop and executive marketing strategies and programs. This role will offer exceptional marketing experience in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment where your ideas are valued. We are seeking interns to serve in a variety of marketing roles:

  • Product Marketing 

  • Field marketing 

  • Pipeline expansion marketing

  • Digital campaigns

  • eCommerce

  • Web experience

  • Paid media

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field (e.g. Communications, Business) with a graduation date during or after December 2026

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to shift focus and work under short deadlines

  • Highly collaborative; able to build productive, positive working relationships internally and externally

Motorola Solutions is building talent pipelines to meet future hiring demands. This is a pipeline role.
