AECOM Tishman is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern to be based in New York, NY.

This position is expected to begin sometime in May of 2026 and conclude in August.

• Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, English, journalism, public relations, creative writing, construction management,  or other liberal arts, and/or have demonstrated equivalency. Candidates must have completed at least one year of study. Those who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree and who plan to continue their studies in the future are also eligible to apply for this position. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the last school term and have an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in the AEC/real estate industry
• Strong writing abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to perform a variety of copyediting and other writing-related tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with social media platforms and familiar with content development best practices for website and social media

• Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
