Position Overview

ProofPilot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support core marketing initiatives across content creation, branding, sales enablement, and CRM data management. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, and will contribute directly to materials used with clients, partners, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update one-page marketing brochures, sales sheets, and other collateral

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine capability presentations for sales and business development

  • Assist with re-branding initiatives, including updating materials with new logos, fonts, and brand guidelines

  • Perform CRM data cleanup and maintenance in HubSpot, including contact, company, and deal records

  • Support organization and version control of marketing assets and shared content libraries

  • Assist with basic market or competitive research, as needed

  • Provide general marketing support across ongoing projects and ad-hoc initiatives

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus

  • Comfort working with data and systems; prior exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is helpful but not required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Work Schedule & Location
  • Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends to accommodate school obligations

  • Primarily remote, with minimal in-office presence required on an as-needed basis

  • In-office work may be required occasionally in the Philadelphia or New York City area
