About the Role

Dorsia is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Marketing Intern to support critical execution across our highest-priority marketing workstreams during Summer 2026. This role is designed to help maintain continuity and momentum across key initiatives while full-time marketing hiring is finalized, ensuring campaigns, testing, and cross-functional coordination continue moving at pace.

The intern’s scope will flex based on evolving headcount needs, with exposure to lifecycle and growth marketing and/or brand and social execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn how modern marketing teams operate inside a fast-moving, high-touch, premium brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Growth / Lifecycle Execution (as needed)

  • Support campaign builds across lifecycle channels (e.g., email, push, in-product messaging)
  • Assist with QA, documentation, and performance tracking to ensure clean execution and measurable outcomes
  • Help organize testing plans and support ongoing iteration based on results

Brand / Social Support (as needed)

  • Coordinate content workflows, timelines, and asset organization to support brand execution
  • Assist with partner or social initiatives by supporting planning, organization, and operational follow-through
  • Reduce bottlenecks by proactively driving task completion and project movement

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with teams such as Product, Engineering, Data, Membership, Partnerships, and Creative/Content to keep workstreams aligned and moving forward
The Winning Recipe
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related field (rising junior/senior preferred)
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, and/or social
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear, polished written communication skills and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with comfort tracking performance metrics and summarizing insights
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and workflows quickly

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Exposure to campaign reporting concepts (A/B testing, UTMs, funnels, conversion metrics)
  • Experience coordinating content calendars, assets, or project timelines
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, culture, and technology
Workplace Philosophy at Dorsia

At Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization.

In-Person Matters

We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia.

Who We Hire

We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.

Lifestyle Hours

We’re not a 9-to-5 company. Our lifestyle mirrors our members. Early flights, after-work events, and late-night sprints when the work demands it. But we love what we do, and we definitely love a good party.

High Performance Culture

Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them. If you have the talent and the drive, this will be a ride to remember.

A Final Word

We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.
