JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing ATI's full marketing strategy — from brand and demand generation to member communications and digital experience. Reporting directly to the President, this person will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who can build and lead a high-performing marketing function.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who thrives in a data-driven environment, is energized by the automotive aftermarket, and wants to own outcomes — not just activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & PositioningOwn ATI's brand strategy, messaging architecture, and market positioning across all channels
Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and member-facing communications
Develop thought leadership content and campaign strategies that reinforce ATI's authority in the automotive coaching space
Design and execute campaigns to drive new member acquisition across paid search, SEO, social, email, and outbound channels
Partner with the sales team to develop lead generation programs, nurture sequences, and conversion strategies
Oversee ATI's paid media strategy, including vendor relationships and performance accountability
Build lifecycle marketing programs that drive member engagement, event attendance, and retention
Develop personalized communication strategies across email, SMS, and digital touchpoints
Collaborate with coaching and operations teams to support member success milestones and upsell opportunities
Own ATI's digital presence including website, SEO strategy, and marketing automation platform
Establish marketing KPIs and reporting cadences; present performance and insights to senior leadership
Use data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities
- Lead, develop, and grow a marketing team including internal staff and agency/vendor partners
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to align marketing with business priorities
- Manage the marketing budget with a clear ROI mindset
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role
Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel B2B or B2C marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Experience in the automotive, franchise, or professional services industry
Background in subscription, membership, or coaching business models
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
Experience managing paid search strategy and vendor relationships
