  • Develop personalized communication strategies across email, SMS, and digital touchpoints

  • Collaborate with coaching and operations teams to support member success milestones and upsell opportunities

Digital & Analytics
  • Own ATI's digital presence including website, SEO strategy, and marketing automation platform

  • Establish marketing KPIs and reporting cadences; present performance and insights to senior leadership

  • Use data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and grow a marketing team including internal staff and agency/vendor partners
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to align marketing with business priorities
  • Manage the marketing budget with a clear ROI mindset

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role

  • Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel B2B or B2C marketing strategies

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Preferred
  • Experience in the automotive, franchise, or professional services industry

  • Background in subscription, membership, or coaching business models
