About the Role

We’re looking for a marketing generalist who can own and execute Cassidy’s top-of-funnel growth strategy. As one of our earliest marketing hires, you’ll have plenty of room to experiment, bring creative ideas to life, and shape how Cassidy shows up in the market.

This role is perfect for a high-agency marketer who thrives on variety, jumping from managing paid social to refining website copy, from overseeing content production to optimizing drip campaigns. You’ll work closely with the founders and our marketing team to manage external resources, produce high-impact campaigns, and ensure Cassidy’s brand is consistent, compelling, and everywhere it needs to be.
📍 This role is based in our NYC office, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Campaign Management

  • Manage all paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads) and optimize performance.

  • Oversee performance tracking across ads, website copy, and top-of-funnel metrics.

  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and freelancers (PR, content, SEO, design).

  • Own drip and nurture campaign strategy - refresh, test, and improve sequences regularly.

  • Drive ABM-style targeting for high-value accounts.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with our in-house social media manager to coordinate priorities.

  • Lead hiring and onboarding for key marketing roles (content creator, motion designer).

  • Direct external contractors for copywriting, design, PR, and video production.

Content & Brand

  • Oversee content marketing production - from case studies to promotional videos.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and quality across all touchpoints.

  • Partner with founders on thought leadership content, podcasts, and event appearances.

  • Manage and evolve Cassidy Academy content.

Website & Messaging

  • Own website strategy - content, UX, CRO, SEO.

  • Audit and improve all web copy, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.

  • Oversee landing page creation (features, solutions, pricing, competitive differentiation).

  • Collaborate with design to implement animations, visuals, and interactive elements.

PR & Launches

  • Plan and execute major launches, including product updates and funding announcements.

  • Coordinate PR efforts with agencies; craft stories that earn media coverage.

  • Develop promotional campaigns for new features (videos, webinars, social pushes).

What Success Looks Like

  • Paid social and organic content consistently driving qualified leads.

  • Website copy, structure, and branding are polished, consistent, and high-converting.

  • Clear, compelling case studies and competitive positioning materials in sales’ hands.

  • Drip campaigns and sequences producing measurable engagement and conversion.

  • Consistent pipeline of content across channels that amplifies Cassidy’s voice in the market.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience spanning paid social, content, and website management.

  • Proven track record managing contractors/agencies and shipping high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong writing skills - comfortable editing and producing compelling copy.

  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.

  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, PR, webinars).

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift quickly.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in AI, automation, or workflow SaaS.

  • Motion design or video production experience.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
