Lead North America marketing by owning events (physical & digital), market development, sales enablement, demand generation, asset creation, budget management, and performance reporting to drive pipeline and regional brand awareness.
Didomi is looking for a Marketing Manager – North America to help us grow our presence in the US and Canadian markets. This is a unique opportunity to own and shape our regional marketing strategy from the ground up, with a strong focus on events, market development, and sales collaboration.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be the primary marketing engine for North America, orchestrating events, building sales enablement assets, and driving demand generation programs that fuel the pipeline.
See what you'll do as follows:
Events
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of physical and digital events in North America (trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, hosted events)
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, booth materials, and on-site coordination
- Drive pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Measure and report on event ROI, lead capture, and pipeline influence
Market Development
- Help establish and grow Didomi's brand awareness in the North American privacy & consent management space, and Addingwell’s brand awareness in the server-side space
- Identify and act on local market opportunities (media, associations, podcast…)
- Localize global campaigns for the North American audience and adapt messaging for regional relevance
Sales Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the North American Account Executive and SDR teams to align marketing programs with pipeline goals
- Participate in monthly GTM calls and provide marketing performance updates
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team on retention and expansion marketing initiatives
Asset Creation & Enablement
- Coordinate the creation of local marketing assets: landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and more
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date collateral to support every stage of the buyer journey
- Work with global marketing to adapt and produce region-specific content
Reporting & Budget
- Own the North America marketing budget: planning, allocation, and spend tracking
- Set up and maintain KPI dashboards covering lead generation, pipeline contribution, and event performance
- Continuously analyze program effectiveness and propose improvements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record managing events (in-person and virtual) end-to-end
- Strong understanding of demand generation and how marketing drives pipeline
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Super hands-on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, and webinar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tooling for marketing purposes and Claude.ai
- Knowledge of the North American B2B tech ecosystem
