The Provider Marketing Manager will enhance brand communication to pediatric clinicians, manage marketing initiatives, and foster local practitioner connections for Coral Care.
The summary above was generated by AI

Coral Care exists to make pediatric developmental care easier to access for families and easier to practice for clinicians. While too many families wait months for support, many pediatric clinicians struggle to build sustainable, flexible practices in their own communities. We’re building the infrastructure that connects the two. Today, hundreds of pediatric speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists use Coral Care to earn income, build local caseloads, and practice in a way that works for their lives. We’re hiring a Provider Marketing Manager to help tell that story and grow our clinician network.

About Coral Care

At Coral Care, we believe families should never have to fight for the care their children need. Millions of young children in the U.S. experience developmental delays, yet parents often face long waitlists and complex systems. Our mission is to change that by making high-quality pediatric therapy accessible at home and in the community. We are a platform powering a two-sided marketplace: helping families connect with trusted, local speech, occupational, and physical therapists who accept insurance, and supporting providers in building thriving private practices within their own communities. Since launching in 2023, Coral Care has delivered thousands of therapy sessions and expanded across multiple states. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team with a culture of compassion, collaboration, and momentum — and we are just getting started.

Description

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of mission, messaging, and execution. You’ll shape how pediatric clinicians discover Coral Care, understand the opportunity, and feel supported as they begin building a practice with us. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining a cohesive, trusted brand across every provider touchpoint.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, organizing, collaborating, and bringing ideas to life across many meaningful projects.

You’ll work closely with our provider growth team and play a key role in scaling the clinician side of our marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead marketing initiatives that help pediatric clinicians discover Coral Care and take the next step toward joining.
  • Own and evolve provider-facing messaging across channels, including website content, email campaigns, lifecycle communications, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain a cohesive brand voice that reflects Coral Care’s values and resonates with pediatric providers
  • Improve and test how we communicate our value to clinicians through landing pages and conversion-focused updates.
  • Run small, fast experiments— testing, learning, and iterating quickly to improve provider acquisition and engagement
  • Support community and local marketing efforts that help clinicians build practices in their own neighborhoods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, program leads, and clinical teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring work is clear, consistent, and delivered on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role with meaningful ownership.
  • A strong writer who can communicate clearly, simply, and with empathy.
  • Someone who enjoys both creative work and execution, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
  • Comfort collaborating across functions, including design, programs, product, and operations
  • Interest in healthcare, education, or mission-driven work.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, Google Workspace, analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, or similar)
  • Bonus: experience with clinician, healthcare, or community-based audiences.

Why This Role Matters

This role directly supports Coral Care’s mission to create income opportunities for clinicians and expand access to care for families. The work you do will help pediatric clinicians build sustainable practices, strengthen local care networks, and ensure more children get the support they need at the right time.
