Compensation: $78,000 - $85,000 USD (gross basic per annum). 

About the Role 

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving brand growth and engagement by delivering impactful global integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, you’ll turn franchise strategies into actionable marketing plans developing creative campaign ideas, managing execution, and measuring performance for Strawberry Shortcake, Degrassi and Yo Gabba Gabba! You’ll also line-manage our Content & Community Specialists, ensuring alignment and growth.

This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring strong organizational skills and experience in multi-channel campaign management. You’ll work closely with internal teams across Franchise, YouTube, FAST, Media Solutions, Communications and Licensing/Consumer Products as well as regional marketing managers, agencies and influencers/creators to ensure campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and optimized for success.

Job Description

  • Develop and own franchise marketing plans for Strawberry Shortcake, Degrassi and Yo Gabba Gabba including social media strategies, campaign development and execution, paid media campaigns and creator and influencer programs.
  • Ensure all global marketing activity aligns with broader franchise strategies, brand positioning, and long-term audience growth objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with global agencies, freelancers, and content creators; oversee asset delivery,deadlines and content approvals.
  • Plan and execute influencer and creator programs, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with Media Solutions to brief digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize creative for ROI.
  • Integrate consumer product priorities and retail promotions into marketing activity in partnership with Licensing teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, applying test-and-learn approaches and optimizing tactics based on KPIs.
  • Provide constructive feedback on global social and marketing assets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and platform best-practice.
  • Maintain campaign calendars aligned to franchise priorities and seasonal plans.
  • Synthesize audience, campaign, and platform insights into actionable recommendations that inform future franchise marketing strategies with monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, from planning to reporting with a focus on social media, digital marketing and audience growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including funnel strategies and paid/organic/earned channels.
  • People management experience, with record of mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Proficiency with marketing and social media tools, including analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) and scheduling tools (e.g., HeyOrca, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to interpret analytics dashboards and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in providing creative feedback and applying brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communication style and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Passion for kids’ and family entertainment and digital storytelling.
