Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development and growth of our acquisition, lead generation, and customer retention programs. This person must be a motivated individual who is passionate about developing Sales & Marketing strategies and creating new onboarding programs and customer journeys to generate revenue and convert buyers. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing both online and offline marketing initiatives, as well as executing sales enablement campaigns focused on generating revenue, is essential.

Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Campaign Execution: Build and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (AE), including email journeys, lead nurturing, and behavior-based automation. 
  • Lead Management: Load and manage prospecting lists (e.g., tradeshow scans, ZoomInfo, webinar attendees) in Salesforce for sales outreach. Route leads to appropriate reps and track conversion from MQL to SQL.  Ensure consistent lead handling and follow-up processes. 
  • Salesforce Optimization: Maintain full records of customer touchpoints (emails, calls, meetings, content shared) to support strategic follow-ups and account planning. 
  • Data-Driven Targeting: Use Salesforce dashboards to analyze customer behavior, segment accounts by size/vertical, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver curated scripts, call lists, and marketing collateral aligned with vertical campaigns. Integrate with tools like Highspot and ZoomInfo. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics to refine messaging and improve ROI 
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Align marketing efforts across multiple sales channels. Support lead, reactivation, and retention initiatives with tailored touchpoints
  • Manage and lead a team: overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve campaign goals.

Advertising Budget & Financial Management:

  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to manage the advertising budget.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to drive financial results, including forecasting, tracking customer performance metrics and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports for leadership to highlight successes and suggest areas for further growth and investment.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B space
  • Experience in Salesforce campaign development and deployment
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in data analysis

Work Location:
This will be a hybrid position based in one of the following locations: Pompano Beach, FL; North Mankato, MN; White Bear Lake, MN; Eden Prairie, MN; or Amsterdam NY

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $94,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
