Marketing Manager
Location: New York City Office
Role Overview
Ninth Wave is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our B2B marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, content, and sales enablement. This is a highly visible role that works cross-functionally with company leadership, sales, and external partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully translating strategy into marketing campaigns that meet the company’s goals. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, organic/paid social, and search engine marketing (SEO/SEM). Manage these campaigns through HubSpot.
- Optimize SEO/SEM performance to increase website visitors and leads..
- Create compelling content such as case studies, blogs, white papers, and industry reports to engage our B2B audience.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including collateral, presentations, playbooks, and training guides.
- Lead event marketing—plan, manage, and execute trade shows and custom events, including booth logistics and vendor coordination.
- Manage corporate communications, including website updates, media outreach, and PR initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CPL, SEO) through SalesForce and HubSpot and use insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficiency in spending.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in Saas, fintech or enterprise software
- Prior experience marketing SaaS products within the Open Banking/Open Finance Ecosystem is required.
- Experience in Banking or fintech, with demonstrated exposure to Open Banking, Open Finance, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven track record developing content across formats and channels (web, email, social, print, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proficient with platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Semrush, and SEO/SEM tools, AI marketing tools.
- Experience managing integrated lead generation campaigns and reporting on KPIs such as ROI, CPL, and CPC.
- Strong event management skills—planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and report on a marketing budget.
- Travel to industry events and conferences as needed to manage Ninth Wave’s presence and promote brand visibility.
- Able to work in the Manhattan-based office
- Collaborate in-person with Leadership and Sales teams at our New York City office to drive strategic initiatives.
