The Marketing Manager will build marketing at Reflexivity from scratch, defining messaging and creating materials while collaborating with product, sales, and leadership.
The Role
What You’ll OwnProduct Marketing & Sales Enablement
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to build and own marketing at Reflexivity from the ground up. This is not a “maintain the machine” role - there is no machine yet. You’ll define our messaging, create our core materials, and shape how the company shows up externally.
You’ll work closely with product, sales, CX, and leadership to turn complex fintech + AI products into clear, compelling narratives and own the execution of those narratives.
If you’re someone who likes autonomy and wants your work to visibly move the business forward, this role is for you.
What You’ll OwnProduct Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Own product marketing end-to-end, including messaging, positioning, and product launches
- Create sales collateral such as one-pagers, overview decks, pitch decks, and product FAQs
- Partner closely with the sales team to understand prospects, objections, and use cases - and turn that into impactful materials
- Work directly with product and go-to-market leadership to define how we talk about our products
- Develop cohesive naming, storytelling, and positioning across everything we put into the world
- Be the keeper of the narrative as products evolve
- Own the Reflexivity blog and social channels from strategy to execution
- Write and edit content that reflects how we think about fintech, AI, and markets
- Experiment, iterate, and find what resonates
- Help build the executive presence of our leadership team on social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Develop, write, and edit content that sounds authentic to each leader while reinforcing the company narrative
- Identify high-signal industry, networking, and VC-backed events and proactively support CEO and leadership speaking opportunities, including shaping talk narratives and supporting materials
- Establish early brand guidelines, voice, and messaging frameworks
- Help define what good marketing looks like for Reflexivity
- Over time, influence tools, processes, and future hires as the function grows
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or content roles (fintech, AI, or SaaS)
- Background in fintech, financial markets, or highly data-driven products
- Exceptional writing and editing skills (experience with technical or complex products a plus)
- Proven ability to create effective, high-adoption sales enablement materials
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Strong taste and judgment around messaging, positioning, and storytelling
- Excited by ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Experience being an early or first marketing hire
- Familiarity with founder- or exec-led social content
- You’ll be the first marketing hire with real influence, not a support function
- High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership
- Opportunity to define the company’s voice from the beginning
- Fast feedback loops and clear impact on growth
- Base salary of $125,000 - $140,000
- Equity
- 401k matching and competitive healthcare options
- Unlimited vacation days
- Hybrid work environment - in our midtown office 3x per week, you choose the days
Salary Range
$125,000—$140,000 USD
