Marketing Manager – New York, NY (Hybrid)
Job Overview:

Marquee Brands is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the execution of brand and marketing strategies across the Fashion & Lifestyle division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing marketing plans to life, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed, brand assets are well-managed and cross-functional teams are aligned. The ideal candidate will be a strong project manager with a collaborative mindset, helping to maintain brand consistency and ensure timely delivery across all initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management or brand coordination, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multi-channel campaigns with precision and efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing marketing assets, brand tools and campaign deliverables
  • Experience in a licensee or matrixed organization is a plus
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing communications across internal and external teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for branding and storytelling, with an eye for design and consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, project management platforms (e.g., Asana,), and file-sharing tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns that support broader brand strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
  • Manage day-to-day project timelines, ensuring marketing initiatives move forward smoothly from concept to execution across digital, PR, sales and creative functions
  • Coordinate the development and organization of brand and marketing collateral and seasonal launch decks via Canva, aggregating key assets and maintaining an up-to-date Brand Toolbox for internal and external use
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline communication and improve the efficiency of campaign execution, serving as a connector between marketing and other business functions
  • Facilitate the delivery of marketing materials, campaign toolkits and brand guidelines to all necessary stakeholders, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Contribute ideas to support marketing and social media efforts with an integrated marketing mindset, ensuring concepts align with broader campaigns and brand objectives
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all marketing touchpoints, helping to reinforce the brand’s visual and messaging integrity
  • Own project management from start to finish for events and retail partnerships. 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary $75,000-$100,000 + bonus
