The Opportunity

Visio Lending is looking for a high-impact, growth-oriented Marketing Manager to serve as the architect and engine of our marketing function. You aren't just a coordinator; you are the central owner of the Visio brand and the primary driver of demand generation.


As the bridge between executive vision and agency execution, you will translate high-level business goals into a cohesive, multi-channel strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and possesses the rare ability to think at 30,000 feet while executing at ground level.


What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership & Brand Ownership
    • Own and evolve Visio Lending’s overarching marketing roadmap in direct partnership with the Executive Leadership Team
    • Set the pace for the organization, ensuring all marketing initiatives are launched on time, on brand, and on budget
    • Ensure Visio remains the dominant voice in the lending space through consistent, sophisticated messaging across every touchpoint
  • Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
    • Oversee all paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display) with a relentless focus on CPA, ROI, and lead quality
    • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, refine targeting, and pivot strategies based on real-time data
    • Partner with Sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are nurtured through the funnel effectively
  • Agency & Vendor Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our external agencies, moving them from "vendors" to "high-performing partners."
    • Manage agency scope and performance, ensuring creative outputs meet Visio’s high standards and media spend is optimized for maximum impact
  • Digital Ecosystem & Conversion
    • Lead the strategy for VisioLending.com, optimizing for SEO, UX, and conversion rate (CRO) to serve brokers, investors, and capital markets
    • Direct our social media and PR strategy to position Visio executives as industry titans and go-to experts in the lending space
  • Events & Experiential Marketing
    • Lead the strategy for industry trade shows, ensuring our presence translates into measurable pipeline growth, not just "brand awareness."
  • Other Duties
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards
    • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
  • Authorized Remote Locations: Strong Preference for candidate local to Austin, Texas area
    • AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, NC, SC, TX, UT
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST
  • Salary Range: $92,000-$120,000/year (Exempt/Salaried)


What We Are Looking For:

  • 6+ years relevant Marketing experience with a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, real estate, or fintech
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of the modern marketing stack (CRMs like Salesforce/HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • The "Agency Veteran: You know how to get the best work out of an agency because you’ve managed (or worked in) one
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable presenting to, challenging, and advising C-suite leadership
  • Project Mastery: You are hyper-organized and can manage a dozen moving parts without letting a single detail slip
  • High School Diploma or GED
  •  Internal Applicants: Must meet minimum qualifications and have no recent disciplinary actions


What We Prefer to Find:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field
  • Prior experience in a related field or industry (e.g. mortgage lending, banking, finance, real estate, etc.)
