Staffbase is looking for a Marketing Manager — an ambitious, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces a broad, hands-on set of responsibilities. This is a role for someone who understands that great marketing builds both brand and pipeline, and who's genuinely energized by doing whatever it takes to make a region successful.

You're not someone who shows up just to run an event and call it a day. You're curious, adaptable, and ideas-driven. You think about the experiences and details that make people want to take a meeting, take full ownership of outcomes, and know how to translate strategy into action. If you love working closely with Sales, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to grow into a cornerstone of the Americas marketing org, this is your role.

This role reports directly to the Team Lead, Americas Marketing, and operates within the priorities and direction set out by the Team Lead and Director of Marketing, Global Markets.

Important: This is a hybrid role. Core in-office days in our NYC (Tribeca) co-working space are Tuesdays-Thursdays, and it is expected that team members will be in the office at least 2 days per week during core days.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute regional marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and contribute to pipeline, working within priorities set in partnership with the Team Lead, Americas Marketing.
  • Partner with central campaign teams to localize global campaigns for the Americas market, adapting messaging, assets, and tactics to resonate with regional audiences across digital, email, events, and social.
  • Plan and execute field events, sponsored activations, and account-based experiences that drive pipeline, deepen engagement with target accounts, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Own event email programs from pre-event promotion through post-event follow-up, keeping prospects moving through the funnel
  • Execute marketing activities with pipeline impact in mind, supporting sales through targeted content, timely follow-up, and close coordination on key accounts. Your job is complete when meetings are booked.
  • Contribute creative ideas for regional campaigns and event experiences grounded in market and competitive intelligence, actively monitoring the landscape to ensure Staffbase shows up in the right places in the right way.
  • Travel up to 25% required for onsite event support and coordination

What you need to be successful

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with experience in field or regional marketing
  • A versatile  background across events, digital, email, and campaign marketing
  • Creative and ideas-driven, with real examples of marketing moments that stood out: campaigns, events, or experiences that made people stop, engage, and want to learn more
  • A natural collaborator with sales who understands how marketing connects to revenue
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment and shifting priorities without losing momentum
  • Experience with marketing and revenue tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Canva, and Salesforce is preferred. More important is a demonstrated ability to adopt and integrate new tools quickly, including AI-powered platforms, to improve output quality and execution speed
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams at once, bringing structure, clear prioritization, and the right tools to keep projects moving and commitments met
  • A clear, confident communicator who can translate marketing activity into business terms for sales and leadership stakeholders

Team operating principles

  • Easy to work with: When we partner with other teams, we obsess over making our work complete and ready to action, with no additional effort required on their part.
  • Experiments encouraged: We move fast, test ideas, and learn quickly, knowing that progress beats perfection.
  • Obsess over the market: Executing marketing activity is table stakes. Our biggest value lies in being expert consultants on the market, product, and customers, and we actively invest in maintaining that expertise.
  • Roll up our sleeves: We operate as business owners of our own area, never above any task that advances company and customer interests, and we invest our time where it maximizes return.
  • Bring the solution: We challenge each other and name problems directly, but we always come to the table with ideas, solutions, and a path forward. We don't just identify what's broken; we help fix it.
  • Good vibes, great work: We believe the best work happens when people actually enjoy who they're working with. We make room for laughter, growth, and real human connection.

What you'll get

  • Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages, including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan)
  • Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $1608
  • Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August
  • Support - we’re offering a 401(k) plan with company match and health plans, including dental & vision, as well as competitive Paid Parental Leave to support new parents
  • Volunteer Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Staffbase's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $90,000 - $98,000 base salary per year. Other rewards may include commissions and program-specific awards. In addition, Staffbase provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, equity, paid parental leave, an employee growth budget, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, wellness days, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
