  • work hard and can build and ship fast

  • focused on polish, detail, and quality

  • are a fast learner, frequently picking up new tips, tricks, and skills

The best way to impress us is with creative and thoughtful ways you’d market LiveKit, and potentially tinkering with it 😊

About This Role:

LiveKit is looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to empower the Marketing team to understand and amplify the impact of their efforts. You’ll take ownership of our marketing systems, data flows, and reporting infrastructure—ensuring clean data, actionable insights, and highly efficient processes. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive attribution, lead routing and scoring, campaign operations, and actionable insights. You’ll also serve as the systems admin for our marketing stack and the go-to strategic partner for analytical and operational enablement.

This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role where creativity, operational rigor, and relationship-building skills are equally important.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and administer our marketing stack: CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution & integration tools.

  • Design, implement, and maintain campaign tracking, lead-scoring, and lead-routing workflows in partnership with Marketing and Sales.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and trends in pipeline, channel ROI, conversion rates, and attribution.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to surface opportunities, highlight important trends, and influence decisions across the business.

  • Maintain data hygiene and governance: manage opt-outs, consent, segmentation, contact lists, and ensure marketing activities comply with privacy regulations.

  • Generate target contact lists for campaigns, manage targeting and segmentation workflows, and ensure accurate campaign operations.

  • Enable self-service analytics across the Marketing team: train users, build tooling, and ensure team members have what they need to understand the impact of their work.

  • Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of systems, processes, definitions, and metrics across the GTM stack.

Who You Are:
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or a similarly data-driven marketing role—ideally at a high-growth SaaS or developer-focused company.

  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing and sales systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar), and cross-tool integrations.

  • Demonstrated ability in building dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar), and deriving insights from data.

  • Solid understanding of attribution models, funnel analysis, lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign performance measurement.

  • Excellent systems thinking—able to map how data flows across platforms, define processes, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure data integrity.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator—comfortable partnering across functions, enabling others, and translating data for non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and systems in parallel.

Our Commitment to You:
  • An opportunity to build something truly impactful to the world

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy
