About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Growth team, where you’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps functions to manage our day-to-day campaign operations supporting our go-to-market motions. You’ll be responsible for email and campaign creation and execution within our marketing automation platform (Marketo). 

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to day campaign operations including campaign scoping, campaign execution, and post-campaign launch maintenance

• Work cross-functionally with the Website Experience, Paid Media, Events, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to plan and prioritize upcoming requests

• Assist with building and deploying email marketing campaigns

• Assist with monthly email marketing campaign reporting

• Responsible for database hygiene maintenance

• Work with the Business Systems team to ensure lead flow processes work as expected and maintain data hygiene across systems

• Manage our sales and marketing gifting platform (Postal.io)

What We're Looking For 

• 1-3 years in a Marketing Operations role

• 1-2 years experience administering a Marketing Automation Platform (preferably Marketo)

• Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns

• Knowledge of email marketing best practices including GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws

• Proven project management and prioritization skills

• Strong problem solving and issue resolving skills

• Experience in B2B high growth tech company

Compensation Range: $80K - $90K
