About Eve:
Eve is an industry leader in legal tech, empowering plaintiff attorneys with AI-driven solutions to achieve better outcomes for their clients. Our core values—Excellence, Visionary Innovation, and Elevation—drive everything we do. We are committed to providing tools that transform the legal industry and support our clients' success at every step. Targeting a total addressable market (TAM) of over $500 billion, we are positioned at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry.
Why Join Eve:
As our first dedicated GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind how data, tools, and automation power our revenue engine. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to build the systems that fuel growth—from lead routing and scoring to attribution and lifecycle triggers.
We’re looking for someone with a builder’s mindset, who thrives at the intersection of systems, AI, and GTM strategy. You’ll be hands-on in CRM and automation tools but also explore how AI can streamline workflows and create leverage across the go-to-market team.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Design and implement scalable GTM systems, workflows, and integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other tools
- Build low-code/no-code automations and API integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, or Workato
- Integrate AI-powered workflows and tools to improve team productivity and pipeline velocity
- Develop smart lead routing, account scoring, and lifecycle triggers using data-driven logic
- Own the integrity and structure of GTM data across CRM and analytics platforms
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable systems
- Support forecasting, territory design, quota modeling, and GTM planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve revenue operations efficiency
What We Are Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, or data engineering for a SaaS company
- Strong technical skills with CRMs and GTM tools — HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce (admin-level), Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, ChiliPiper, Hockeystack, etc.
- Proficiency with SQL, APIs, system integrations, and custom data models
- Experience building automations that reduce manual effort and unlock new capabilities
- Familiarity or curiosity with AI/ML tools to enhance sales and marketing workflows
- Ability to balance fast execution with scalable, maintainable solutions
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) or reverse ETL tools (Hightouch, Census)
- Exposure to both sales-led and product-led GTM models
- Previous work experience at early-stage or vertical SaaS startups
Why Join Us:
- Direct ownership over GTM scalability and revenue growth systems
- Opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing, and curious team
- Leadership team committed to leveraging automation and AI for impact
- Competitive compensation plus equity
- Comprehensive health benefits
- Unlimited PTO and flexible remote work options
- Early opportunity to define and scale a critical function within the company
