We're looking for a detail-oriented team member who moves confidently across platforms, understands the demands of revenue marketing, and brings a data-driven mindset to problem-solving. • Spot gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and proactively work to fix them
  • Support the balance between global consistency and regional nuance
  • Take ownership of executing cross-functional projects from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau, not just using them but knowing how to get the most from them through intelligent data structures and integrations. Hubspot workflow creation/management, process building, and mapping out how logic flows interact with each other is critical.
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-channel data structures - particularly source tracking and UTM/referral path best practices
  • Experience managing the selection, negotiation, contracting, design, implementation, training, and maintenance of the full marketing vendor (product and services) lifecycle
  • A clear understanding of revenue marketing, demand generation, ABM, and how marketing connects to pipeline and growth
  • A proactive mindset. You anticipate needs, flag risks early, and solve problems without being asked
  • Strategic doer who balances high-level thinking with hands-on execution, prioritizing tasks effectively to focus on what moves the needle most
  • Simplify complex technical details and present them in a clear and concise style for executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management. You know how to influence, prioritize, and keep things moving
  • High level of proficiency across marketing operations. You're confident across platforms, data, and process design
