We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be focused on leveling up the operational foundation that powers the MyPrize marketing machine and drives repeatable and measurable growth.
The Role:
As Marketing Operations Manager at MyPrize, you'll drive the systems and processes that make MyPrize’s marketing engine unstoppable. You'll work across campaign planning and execution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Legal, and more to ensure flawless execution of all marketing initiatives. The Marketing Operations Manager will drive cross-product marketing initiatives from planning and execution to measurement and iteration.
You'll play a central role in driving and evolving MyPrize's marketing operations workflows, promotional calendar management, and performance reporting, helping us scale what's working and optimize what's next across product lines.
What you will do at MyPrize:
- Own day-to-day execution across campaign ops, tracking, creative delivery, reporting, vendor management, and experiment cadence, across all MyPrize product lines.
- Champion Marketing Excellence: Advocate for operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. Make sure every campaign is properly planned, executed, and measured for maximum impact.
- Drive Campaign Operations: Own the marketing process for key initiatives including promotional calendar planning, cross-team coordination, vendor management, and campaign execution, analysis, and optimization.
- Manage Promotional Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive promotional calendar that aligns marketing campaigns with product releases, seasonal events, and business objectives while coordinating seamlessly with marketing and product teams.
- Analyze Campaign Performance: Dive into campaign metrics and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and CX teams to ensure alignment on campaign timing, messaging, and success metrics.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Make recommendations based on performance analytics, A/B test results, and user behavior data. Build dashboards, track KPIs, and iterate fast to maximize marketing ROI.
- Scale Operations: Build repeatable processes and systems that can grow with our rapidly expanding marketing efforts and team size.
- Move Fast: Launch campaigns efficiently, respond quickly to performance data, and never let perfect be the enemy of good when the speed to market matters.
What you bring to MyPrize:
- 3-5 years experience in marketing operations or campaign management, ideally at a high-growth consumer tech, gaming, or SaaS company.
- Strong operational instincts to ensure campaigns run smoothly and prevent bottlenecks from delaying the launch of marketing initiatives.
- Prioritization skills that balance speed with the pursuit of excellence.
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with data analysis. You know what metrics matter, how to build meaningful reports, and when insights should drive action. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- A systematic mindset. You thrive on creating processes, managing complex calendars, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and promotional calendars with measurable impact on performance and team efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines without compromising quality.
