Fraud.net is an AI-powered fraud, risk, and compliance platform serving payments and banking organizations. Our marketing team runs a steady stream of campaigns, from email and social to paid ads and website content, to reach fraud, risk, and compliance decision-makers across the industry.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on marketing operations specialist to own the distribution side of our campaigns. You'll take finished content and campaign assets and turn them into live emails, social posts, landing pages, digital ads, and website updates, making sure everything goes out on time, is tagged correctly, and reaches the right audience.
This is a production and execution role. You'll receive campaign direction and content from our Campaigns Manager and build/deploy the distribution pieces around it.
We are looking for a part-time, contract base employee, someone located within the NYC metro area, that is able to work a hybrid in-office/remote schedule for stronger collaboration with our Campaigns Manager. Our office is located in Midtown Manhattan, and days/hours in office are flexible. Hourly Rate: $20 - $30 / hr, higher compensation level available for highly qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Email: Build and deploy campaign and nurture emails in our marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot, Keap, Instantly), including UTM tagging and basic QA
- Social media: Schedule and publish organic and paid social posts across channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Digital ads: Build out and schedule paid social, search, and third-party ad placements per targeting direction provided (campaign setup, creative upload, audience/targeting entry, scheduling). Your role would be to handle setup and scheduling, then handover to a member of the FraudNet marketing team for activation of paid channels.
- Website content & landing pages: Publish approved campaign content (blog posts, resources, updates) to the website. Build and publish landing pages for gated content, webinars, and campaigns using our website CMS (Webflow).
- Design (nice-to-have): Design ad creative and supporting graphics from provided copy and brand guidelines.
Who You'll Work With
- Campaigns Manager — your primary point of contact; hands off content, assets, and distribution requirements for each campaign
- VP of Marketing & Business Development — occasional collaboration on specific distribution needs (e.g., paid channel decisions, timing)
- Director of Product Marketing — campaign strategy owner; you'll surface distribution reporting up to this role (what went out, performance basics)
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing distribution (email, social, paid ads, web publishing) — B2B or SaaS experience a plus
- Working knowledge of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred) and social scheduling tools
- Comfort with a CMS for building/publishing landing pages and web content (no dev background required, but should be comfortable in a website editor)
- Familiarity with paid social and/or search ad platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) for campaign setup and scheduling — you won't be responsible for activating spend or final launch approval
- Comfort using AI tools to support distribution workflows (e.g., scheduling automation, campaign QA). We're actively building more AI-driven efficiency into how campaigns go out, and experience here is a plus.
- Careful, detail-oriented approach to UTM tagging, QA, and deadlines — this role is about reliable execution
- Strong communication skills for working async with a distributed team
- Bonus: graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) to design ad creative from provided copy
Why This Role
This starts as a part-time (10–15 hr/week) engagement, but there's a clear path to more hours as we improve our campaign workflows and increase campaign frequency. It's a great fit for a freelancer or contract-based employee who wants a steady, recurring client relationship with room to grow.
Work Authorization Requirement
We are unable to sponsor employment-based visas at this time (including but not limited to H-1B, O-1, and TN). We are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship, including F-1 student visa work authorization such as CPT or OPT.
This requirement is based on our internal policies and current operational capacity, and is not related to any protected characteristic such as citizenship, immigration status, or national origin.
Background Check
Employment for this role may be contingent upon successfully passing a background check, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
