**This role is primarily remote, and can be based in any location with a Colliers office - on-site work may be required for special project needs**

About the role

The Marketing & Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Brokerage Services Marketing with a focus on Practice Groups, Retail Brokerage, and central Brokerage Services operations. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to efficiently execute administrative and marketing functions that support Colliers’ revenue-generating teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position involves collaborating with brokers, marketing leaders, and national service teams to streamline internal processes, improve marketing execution, and support business operations.

What you bring

  • 4+ years professional marketing and operations experience (commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required)

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote

  • Early intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

  • Intermediate proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies

  • Orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal to get things done; uses resources effectively and efficiently; organizes information in a useful manner

  • Solid critical thinking skills, a methodical and creative approach to problem solving, excellent skills at executing plans

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required

What success looks like

  • Manage Practice Group, Retail Brokerage, and Multi-market meetings, communications, and onboarding.

  • Maintain Practice Group directories, dues tracking, and reporting.

  • Update and organize marketing materials, websites, and SharePoint resources.

  • Assist with industry event preparation, slide decks, and collateral.

  • Assist with deal communications, marketing collateral, and internal updates for brokers.

  • Oversee sponsorship logistics, including payments, contracts, and display shipping for industry events.

  • Coordinate and distribute newsletters and internal communications to ensure seamless information flow across teams.

  • Standardize and maintain marketing templates for reports, presentations, and deal announcements.

  • Assist with the Brokerage Services and Retail Inboxes, handling inquiries and internal communications.

  • Support leadership calendar management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and tracking key deadlines.

  • Streamline and document operational processes to improve efficiency and execution.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $53,835.00 to $80,340.00 per annum.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance
