  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs and manage approval workflows across stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and resource efficiency
  • Manage the social media strategy, content calendar, and channel growth initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of webinars and events, including strategy, logistics, promotion, and follow-up

Cross-functional Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead the relationship with our web development agency, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless program execution
  • Partner with the design lead to drive the website roadmap and content strategy
  • Negotiate with vendors and agencies to maximize marketing budget efficiency
  • Present program results and insights to leadership team and stakeholders

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Develop advanced segmentation strategies and optimize audience targeting
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels and deliver actionable insights to improve results
  • Create standardized reporting dashboards to track marketing program effectiveness
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance marketing capabilities
  • Document best practices and create playbooks for marketing program execution

Key Opportunities for Growth:

  • Help shape the future of our website experience and content strategy in partnership with marketing and design leads
  • Optimize workflows across web, email, and event programs to drive efficiency and impact
  • Develop processes and playbooks for repeatable campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Gain deeper expertise in marketing automation tools, campaign measurement, and full-funnel execution
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in program management
  • Proven track record of independently managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes and operations
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Braze)
