Senior Associate - Marketing Reporting Analyst

As a Senior Associate - Marketing Reporting Analyst, you will serve as the specialist responsible for overseeing our monthly and quarterly reporting process, ensuring data quality and consistency across our growing organization. You will manage complex data models in Salesforce, Hubspot and other platforms, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the subject matter expert that support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Tracking: Lead paid, organic and performance marketing analytic needs including report and data insight creation, analysis and presentation
- Salesforce Data Management: Analyzes Salesforce pipeline, ensuring Salesforce data integrity and prospects are being updated as they proceed on client journey
- Monthly and Quarterly reporting: Lead the end-to-end monthly reporting cycle, overseeing compilation, quality control, and delivery of key performance indicators to internal stakeholders
- Data Model Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of sophisticated data models supporting marketing reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources including Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other data feeds
- Power BI Report Development & Maintenance: Own the Power BI report and related dashboard development, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with evolving business requirements
- Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct comprehensive data validation processes, identifying and resolving discrepancies in revenue recognition, asset flows, and fee calculations while maintaining detailed audit trails
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with other business unit leaders to resolve data issues, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment on reporting requirements
- Stakeholder Management: Interface with executives, analysts, and client-facing business leaders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Reports into both the CMO and Head of Growth Marketing
Skills & Experience:
- Data Insight and Storytelling Expertise: 5-10 years of experience in marketing and operation analytics roles with deep understanding of marketing and/or financial services, specifically generating data insights for storytelling about our performance marketing and lead generation goals.
- Industry Background: Experience working for financial services organizations, media or marketing brands, preferably within marketing departments strongly preferred
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Salesforce, Hubspot, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), Power BI, and Excel with experience managing complex data models and automated reporting processes
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues while working under tight monthly deadlines
- Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders including executive leadership
- Project Leadership/Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-team initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive results through influence rather than direct authority
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinking combined with hands-on technical capability, comfortable diving deep into data issues while maintaining big-picture perspective
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related quantitative field; MBA or relevant professional certifications a plus
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $110,000
