THE TEAM
The mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase Aritzia in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. As the Senior Associate/Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will support the production of best-in-class photography and
videography for our Campaigns, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with both creative and business objectives.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Associate/Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will:
Support with shoot planning to deliver highquality Campaign content on time and on budget
Coordinate all elements of Campaign shoots, including bookings, travel, and logistics
Manage the execution of Campaign shoots and their postproduction
Manage the administrative, legal, and financial components of Campaign shoots
Provide an operationally seamless photo & video production experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Associate/Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production, has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in production (agency or in-house preferred), photography, videography, and project management
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners​

THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 USD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
