The RoleOrion is seeking a tech-savvy, forward-thinking Marketing professional to support the next phase of our brand and growth journey. As a boutique Technology Professional Services partner, we operate lean and agile—providing this role with broad exposure, high visibility, and the opportunity to make a direct, measurable impact on the business.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role ideal for a marketer with 3–5 years of experience who is excited to work at the intersection of technology, AI-enabled tools, and modern marketing practices. You will help bring our story to life through content, campaigns, and scalable marketing programs that support growth.
What You’ll Be Doing- Execute and support integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, email, and events to build brand awareness and generate demand.
- Develop and maintain technology-focused content, including blogs, thought leadership, case studies, and website copy.
- Leverage AI-enabled and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance of campaigns.
- Support go-to-market activities for campaigns, events, and productized services, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Own and evolve Orion’s brand voice and messaging across platforms including LinkedIn, website, blogs, and email.
- Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to continuously optimize content and programs.
- Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and AI trends, testing and introducing new approaches where appropriate.
- Partner closely with leadership to align marketing execution with business priorities and growth objectives.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, professional services, or SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience executing marketing programs across content, digital channels, and email/marketing automation.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g., AI writing tools, automation, analytics, or similar technologies), with a strong willingness to learn and adapt as tools evolve.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, accessible content.
- Data-informed mindset—comfortable reviewing performance metrics and applying insights to improve results.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- A balance of curiosity, initiative, and pragmatism—comfortable owning execution while contributing ideas and improvements.
