  • Partner closely with regional teams to activate account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns that support priority accounts and pipeline goals.
  • Localize and adapt global campaign assets to fit regional messaging, cultural context, and market priorities.
  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate with external vendors, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue management, vendor coordination, attendee communication, budget tracking, and on-site/virtual support.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, website) to drive event attendance and campaign engagement.
  • Track and report on key program metrics — such as registration, attendance, engagement, leads, and influenced pipeline — providing data-driven insights to optimize future activities.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including demand generation, ABM, remarketing, and event-based programs.
  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience analyzing campaign and event performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms, such as:
    • Salesforce
    • Pardot
    • Zoom
    • ABM platforms
    • Marketing databases
    • LinkedIn marketing tools
    • Agentic AI tools that support planning, content creation, and workflow automation
  • Strong vendor and budget management abilities, with hands‑on experience coordinating logistics for in‑person and virtual events.
