The Senior Market Research Analyst conducts analytical research and provides data-driven insights that support strategic marketing initiatives. The role contributes to intelligence projects while building expertise in business analysis and market research methodologies, strengthening the overall intelligence function. This is a regional role as part of the Southeast Region (Atlanta, North Carolina and Miami studio).
Common and Baseline Responsibilities
Research & Intelligence:
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of market data, trends, and competitive intelligence
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Conduct industry research and compile competitive landscapes
- Support survey design, data collection, and analysis activities
- Monitor industry publications, news, and data sources for relevant insights
- Build and maintain databases of market information and competitive intelligence
- Conduct company and market research to support business development
- Analyze industry trends and competitive activity within architecture, design, and construction
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare regular intelligence briefings and market updates
- Support development of thought leadership content emerging from events
- Create and maintain standardized reporting templates and processes
- Support senior team members in client-facing activities
- Research clients, prospects, and markets to support pursuits and growth strategies
- Build and maintain client, market, and competitor profiles
- Create dashboards, reports, and briefings for leadership and pursuit teams
- Contribute to special initiatives including M&A research and Metro & Main expansion
Project Support:
- Assist with complex analytical projects under senior guidance
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development
- Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborative initiatives
- Support quality assurance processes for data and analytical outputs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of intelligence processes and tools
- Support proposal development and positioning

Licensure/Certifications/Education:

- 5+ years of experience in analysis, research, or related function
