Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.

In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will be the connective tissue between data and strategy. In this role, you’ll own the reporting, metrics, and insights that shape how we plan, measure, and optimize marketing performance. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and data science teams to define KPIs, improve attribution, and uncover opportunities that drive growth. If you thrive on turning data into clear stories that influence strategy, this role is for you.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Own and evolve the Marketing Forecast Model to guide strategic planning.

  • Lead analysis and insights to support quarterly business reviews, and long-range planning

  • Drive regional pipeline reviews, surfacing performance insights for leadership.

  • Partner with Data Science to develop and improve marketing attribution models for both New Business and Expansion.

  • Define and operationalize Marketing KPIs — including target-setting, measurement frameworks, and reporting models.

  • Provide actionable insights into campaign and channel performance to influence marketing strategy.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 5+ years of analytics experience, with 3+ years in marketing analytics at a high growth SAAS company

  • Proven ability to translate data into stories that drive business impact.

  • Strong expertise in SQL; experience working with large, complex data sets.

  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention.

  • Strong grasp of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

  • Track record of working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, data science, and data engineering teams.

  • Curiosity and persistence in solving complex problems; adaptability when findings evolve.

  • Proficiency in a BI tool (Hex, Tableau preferred) with ability to build and own dashboards.

Nice to Haves:
  • Familiarity with Notion and its applications in business workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
