Job Description
The JPMorganChase Sports & Entertainment Marketing team manages the firm's sponsorship portfolio including marquee partnerships with Madison Square Garden, the US Open and Chase Center. The team is responsible for the management, activation and fulfillment of sponsorship assets to support line of business objectives and drive brand and business value.
As a Marketing Strategy-Senior Associate on the Sports & Entertainment Marketing team, you will focus on managing locations for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series, serving as a key liaison with digital teams, supporting marketing and communications execution across our sponsorship portfolio, and leading property management initiatives. You will have a passion for sports and entertainment, strong project management skills, and experienced in event marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of event locations for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure venues, manage logistics, and ensure seamless event operations.
  • Conduct site visits and manage relationships with venue partners and local authorities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication plans across the sponsorship portfolio.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and event metrics.
  • Lead property management efforts for key sponsorship assets, ensuring optimal utilization and brand representation.
  • Maintain inventory of sponsorship assets and coordinate their deployment across events and activations.
  • Foster strong relationships with property partners and internal stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sports marketing, event management, or sponsorship activation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience with large-scale event planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with sponsorship property management and activation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and community engagement.
