  • Landing Page Development: Collaborate on technical builds and structural copy to ensure ad traffic maps to highly cohesive, high-converting landing pages.
  • EDU Team Alignment: Partner with the product and education curriculum experts to ensure our ad messaging accurately captures the value of our courses and hardware setups.

Content & Retention Support

  • Email & Newsletters: Assist with the execution of our subscriber newsletters and audience nurturing flows to convert warm leads.
  • Event Marketing: Promote in-person community milestones, monthly open jams, and short-term music workshops to drive foot traffic.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically managing paid acquisition channels within EdTech, music, or premium D2C industries.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Proven track record of directly managing monthly budgets on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Data-Centric Framework: Deep proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), native pixel tracking, and leveraging data to guide creative decisions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Superior cross-functional management skills, with the ability to clearly translate business analytics into creative briefs for artists and designers.
  • Industry Affinity: A strong passion for music production, technology, music education, or local creative subcultures.
