Account-Based Marketing Director

As OwnBackup continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for a determined Account-Based Marketing Director.
To accelerate OwnBackup's growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded marketer to lead our ABM marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, you will lead a global team of marketers and work closely with our sales team to develop highly targeted programs to generate account engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Engage with go-to-market leadership to align priorities and develop an account-based strategy that best supports our global sales teams.
- Orchestrate ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) that best engage targeted accounts and progress then through the buyer's journey.
- Work cross-functionally to develop processes for targeted account selection by leveraging relevant data models.
- Partner with the marketing teams to create, deploy, and optimize multi-channel programs against targeted accounts.
- Use data and industry best practices to set expectations and communicate program status to key stakeholders.
- Manage ABM and other marketing tools such as 6sense, Qualified, Salesloft, Pardot, and Salesforce to execute programs.
Your Work Experience
- A university degree; MBA preferred, but not required
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience; 3+ years of account-based marketing experience.
- Experience managing a marketing team.
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel programs to generate demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and account-based marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Terminus, and 6sense.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
Important Details
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
