HOW YOU’LL HELP EVERYONE PET PARENT LIKE A PRO

Do you have a passion for influencer marketing and all things social? Are you always the first to know about the latest trends, start following influencers wayyy before they’re insta-famous, and geek out over a well-organized campaign tracker? Is your feed a healthy mix of lifestyle influencers and IG accounts of pets you’ve never met? Then this job is for you. 

• You’ll support a small, highly-creative team in driving the Wildest story across social (IG, TikTok, FB, and Twitter) leveraging influencers and influencer programs as your tool
• Identify, reach out, contract, and onboard influencers who make sense for our brands
• Support in concepting influencer content that is on-brand and delivers key campaign messages
• Be the first set of brand eyes in all influencer content reviews with a focus on IG lives and TikTok
• Draft project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts
• Track, monitor, and report out on performance against key KPIs across social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Join in on marketing brainstorms and help ideate campaigns - brings us your best ideas!
• Project manage elements for our social and influencer team, including tracking and recording incoming content, keeping our internal database in top shape, and screening all those inbound DMs

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 5+ years of social media and influencer marketing experience
• Deep understanding of all social channels and social/influencer management tools like Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Dovetail, etc.
• Highly analytical mindset. Google Analytics is your jam!
• Excellent Google Suite skills including Google Slides
• Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize and project many ongoing campaigns
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
• Lover of pop culture and all things influencer marketing and social media. You were on Clubhouse before it was a thing.
• You stop to pet all the dogs, and sometimes, even cats!
