About the Role

Frame.io is looking for an outbound Enterprise Marketing Manager to develop collateral and provide marketing support for the Sales and Growth teams. You should know how to convert product features and benefits into a compelling story that speaks directly to buyers in the mid-market and enterprise. This includes both creative and non-creative buyers working in production, post production, administration, procurement, IT, and corporate security. You’ll be asked to create everything from pitch decks and sales presentations to one sheets, white papers, case studies and more. A strong background in presentation development is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with post production tools and workflows for professional video production.

This role requires a hands on tactical approach to getting things done in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll partner with the Sales and Growth teams to define strategies, build a marketing plan and create collateral that will drive sales and support revenue goals.

You’ll also partner with Product Marketing Managers to bring key customer feedback into our Product team to identify, advocate for, and guide the development of features that will make Frame.io a more compelling platform. You should have a reasonable understanding of competitive SaaS products, customer needs, current product gaps, and emerging trends.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who is willing to roll-up their sleeves, work collaboratively with teams to create great products, promote them in-market, and represent the voice of the Enterprise customer in all public facing materials.


Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers, Sales, Growth and Support to understand customer needs
  • Create all outbound marketing collateral in coordination with internal Creative Studio.
  • Participate in market segmentation and sizing exercises as required
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers to help define and validate product ideas
  • Produce compelling product presentations and videos that effectively communicate value to customer
  • Help define relevant education initiatives to support the product


Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience developing compelling B2B sales collateral
  • The ability to distill complex topics into a cohesive story and narrative that gets customers to buy
  • 3-5 years experience in production and post-production
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise buying cycles and key stakeholder personas
  • Experience partnering collaboratively with teams across the business
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape, technology trends, and business needs
