We’re looking for a Business Marketing Coordinator to join Team Snapchat!
As a member of the North American Business Marketing team, you will be responsible for working closely with the marketing team to coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives that are aligned with the company’s goals. The marketing coordinator must be a self-starter and organized multitasker able to handle a high volume of projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. Working from our New York, NY office, you’ll collaborate with our sales, legal, events, creative strategy and design teams to help drive our marketing programs forward. The ideal candidate will have past experience in a marketing coordinator or events coordinator role.
What you’ll do:
Work with Vertical Marketing and Sales Leads to coordinate industry sales events, trade shows and webinars by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, routing contracts through legal, managing schedules and liaising with event management
Publish a variety of content that supports the North American Business Marketing team, including client case studies, blog articles, white papers, YouTube videos and LinkedIn posts
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Assist the Marketing team by creating and tracking POs against quarterly budget
Admin and project support for Global Head of Vertical Marketing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Proficiency in full Google suite, especially in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing and/or event marketing
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experience
3 years experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Preferred qualifications:
A superb track record for project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and strong attention to detail
