Communications & Change Manager
The Communications & Change Management Manager role is an integral part of the broader logistics team (Pelogistics) at Peloton. The role will be the key voice for all broader team communication, announcements, organizational transitions and overall function coordination across the global logistics organization’s various functions: international transportation, deployment operations, trade compliance, order management, integration and regional operations. The incumbent will also identify critical areas where changement is required, develop a best in class change management process and enable the organization to implement change while minimizing the potential loss of productivity associated with some change programs.
Candidate will be an integral part of ensuring our overall team messaging and value principles are consistent and engaging across the greater Peloton organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create new informative and effective communication procedures for team updates & news while handling all interdepartmental memos and organizational correspondence
- Create actionable deliverables for the 5 change management pillars: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and change resistance plan
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Consult with executive management team to define, plan and execute change management plans to support communication and transition activities
- Collaborate cross functionally to help identify and improve on communication channels related to company wide initiatives
- Manage and execute all team functions and outings throughout the year focusing on the Peloton value principle “Together We Go Far”
- Prepare and deliver presentations on overall organizational performance across the team and to executive stakeholders
- Seek new methods & creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and organizational change including but not limited to new products, special events and other topics of interest
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years experience in corporate communications required
- Experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement
- Excellent strategic organization skills
- Familiarity with supply chain, DC operations or logistics preferred
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis always on superior customer satisfaction
- Exceptional, verbal communication & cross functional coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and extremely well organized
- Previous start-up experience is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint knowledge required
- Experience with Prosci or similar change management methodology
