We're looking for a talented Growth Marketing Coordinator to join the Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Growth Marketing team in this exciting phase of growth. Supporting the Strategic Growth team, in this role you will be responsible for assisting in the execution and day to day management of Discovery's direct-to-consumer growth marketing campaigns and go-to-market launch plans for new pricing, promotions, and channels. Including but not limited to online and offline consumer marketing campaigns, briefing, creative ideation, and management of launch deliverables and project milestones. With a focus on discovery+, this position will support the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing and the larger Global Strategic Growth team.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing and the Strategic Growth team in developing and implementing DTC growth marketing initiatives across all channels and media types.
- Assist with go-to-market planning and presentations, marketing strategy, creative brainstorming, creative requests, asset gathering, and copywriting.
- Project manage and coordinate all campaign/project deliverables inclusive of rigorous approvals and feedback channels across numerous stakeholders.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on all live initiatives, and put forth actionable solutions based on the data.
- Ongoing support of the day-to-day management of pricing and promotional programs and the subscriber goals of each program.
- Support the launch of DTC products across new channels and manage the cross-functional implementation.
- Act as a liaison to multiple departments including Product, Media, Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Retention and Analytics teams to facilitate the tactical roll-out of key programs and manage timelines through to launch.
- Perform competitive research on similar industry apps and websites.
- Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor data in order to incorporate learnings into optimizing global, regional and local growth marketing campaigns.
- Provide operational help to the Strategic Growth team; create planning documents, update and maintain trackers, and offer project management support.

Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in a project management, direct-to-consumer marketing or digital marketing position.
- Ability to multi-task and project manage while prioritizing workloads.
- Resourceful, energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational processes, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
