We help the World's biggest companies use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to command and control buildings in real-time, reducing real estate carbon footprint, automatically detecting building anomalies (like leak prediction), and increasing asset valuation.


Job Description


This person will help to define the unique vision of our brand and lead the implementation of that brand across all customer touchpoints, eventually including new activations and campaigns. You will leverage our distinctive approach to smart building technology and data-driven problem solving to bring the story of Prescriptive Data to market with focus and clarity. You will partner with our product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure brand vision and strategy is consistently adopted throughout channels and member touchpoints.


The ideal candidate will have deep experience in developing the strategy behind emerging and disruptive brands, and, critically, the ability to effectively implement said strategy cross-functionally across the organization. They have a passion for creating disruptor brands, a keen interest in climate change and sustainability, and unparalleled cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the unique brand positioning and messaging strategy
  • Evaluate key business issues our clients face, as they relate to our firm's capabilities, brand positioning, and growth plans to build and modify content strategy
  • Approach projects with intellectual curiosity using a digital, client-first, and analytical mindset, in the understanding of industry, business, geopolitical, and management trends and issues
  • Develop and own the Prescriptive Data communications calendar, aligning cross-channel messaging strategy across relevant teams and resources
  • Lead the development of media relations strategy and serve as primary partner for agency resources
  • Lead the development of content strategy to create content-driven experiences
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, allocating funding to strategic brand campaigns and activations in line with business growth goals
  • Partner closely with Creative teams to refine brand identity and implement it effectively across all touchpoints
  • Develop experimentation plan for testing physical brand activations that drive awareness and engagement with target audiences

Day To Day

  • (Content) Manage editorial content create and campaign delivery
  • (Graphics) Design charts, article images, presentations, and media kits graphics
  • (Reach) Manage social media profiles and email newsletters
  • (Events) Find, evaluate, manage events, webinars, and activations
  • (Display) Manage display ad and paid campaigns
  • (Video) Manage video project create, publishing, and distribution
  • (Team) Manage freelancers and agencies
  • (Operations) Measure and report budget and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years of marketing or content/media creation experience
  • 4+ year visual designer / graphic design experience
  • Some experience in video production and video editing
  • Performance and data-driven
  • Process And playbook oriented
  • Experience developing distinctive brand positioning and messaging strategy
  • Proven track record for managing and creating branded digital content
  • Proficient in design software (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, Animated GIF creation)
  • Proven track record managing events, webinars, and activations
  • Freelancer or agency management experience
