Job Description

If so, you are in the right place! We are looking for a CRM Manager, responsible for the realization of customer relationship and lifecycle measures at our fast-growing online sportsbook and casino.

As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for the growth of Tipico across the US with focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of existing customers. You will design and implement churn prevention programs, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further increase Sportsbook profitability, engage and monetize players. Your main goal is to address the customer with the right communication at the right stage of their customer journey. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

  • Maximizing the customer experience and life-time value by realizing the CRM campaigns through the effective and creative usage of touchpoints and as a result delivering improved customer loyalty.
  • Conceptualizing, suggesting target group and segmentation for campaigns in our Marketing Automation tool Emarsys based on value segments and predictive models, budgeting, preparation including copywriting, execution and analysis.
  • Ensuring the best possible usage of all marketing tools in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conceptualizing and A/B testing of new campaigns in order to automize the best performing CRM measures.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and tracking financial effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns by using A/B tests and insights.
  • Supporting the management of the marketing campaign calendar and campaign forecasts.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with creative and communication partners, ensuring US brand alignment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in using at least one Marketing Automation Tool (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) beneficial.
  • Highly data driven with a very good understanding of numbers.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Good Project management skills.
  • Interest in sports and sports betting beneficial.
  • Experience in the wagering, sports betting or iGaming area beneficial but not a must.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude who ensures aligned delivery.
  • Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Embraces change and has a self-learner attitude in order to adopt, structure and teach new processes.
  • Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative and come up with creative solutions to business challenges.
