As a CRM Manager at Rhino, you’ll join an accomplished team, helping us build the foundation of a company that is positioned to revolutionize the renting process.

In this role you will:

• Oversee and architect a large scale project to migrate existing emails to a new CRM system.
• Autonomously implement, launch, and measure the success of new email marketing campaigns and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and customer success to build a best in class CRM experience.
• Suggest new email marketing methods to address customers’ needs.
• Track marketing metrics and trends.

We’re ideally seeking:

• Background in customer acquisition or marketing.
• Technical expertise with CRM and analytics systems.
• Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
