We are hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to develop multi-channel CRM programs that engage subscribers to drive early habituation and ongoing loyalty, spur app engagement, and minimize churn. Joining a CRM team that partners with both product and marketing, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of subscribers, and creating programs that engage and delight them. If you have a knack for driving strategy through data, the creative sensibilities to turn that strategy into engaging programs, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionality, then this role is for you.

Responsibility:

  • Develop multichannel communication programs that increase reorder rate and LTV among key subscriber segments.
  • Drive a robust testing schedule to leverage and optimize new types of content, targeting capabilities and CRM channels.
  • Analyze and interpret behaviors and segments that drive increased retention rates, and create programs to optimize that activity.
  • Work with Director of Retention to craft a full year communications calendar leveraging content, offer and personalization to drive a steady flow of engaged subscribers.
  • Educate our customer base about our meals and products, and their benefits through customer newsletters, subscriber-focused content and more.
  • Work with the CRM Product team to identify, implement and optimize new channel launches and segmentation capabilities.
  • Take ownership of all KPIs for your programs and lifecycle segments, and communicate results to Freshly’s leadership team.
  • Partner with brand and content teams to maintain consistent and holistic customer experience while increasing subscriber engagement and reactivation.

About You:

  • 3 – 5 years of Email Marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer environment, with at least three years focused on loyalty and retention; experience with subscription services a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Analytics or Marketing degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data to drive campaigns and inform strategyProven experience with campaign development, from briefs through working with creative teams to launch
  • Experience building communications programs through CRM, CDP or marketing automation systems a must (Simon Data, Marketo, Eloqua, Sailthru, HubSpot or similar platform).
  • Extremely comfortable working in Excel to manipulate data and build reports.
  • Some experience with SQL is required.
  • Experience with digital advertising is beneficial – the desire to learn is a must.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work between teams and functions with high autonomy and little guidance.
