That’s why we are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Coordinator looking to make an impact in our already thriving Global B2B Customer Marketing team.
The mission of Trustpilot’s Customer Marketing team is to grow customer lifetime value at scale, and leverage our happiest customers as commercial assets. You will be a key player in supporting both initiatives, delivering key components of lifecycle and advocacy marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone who is full of ideas, and is up for the challenge of supporting global campaigns across various channels (email, digital, live and virtual events, content, nurture). We would love to find someone who is keen to develop their skills as a marketer and is a real team player.
In your role, you will:
- Support the delivery of lifecycle, retention and advocacy marketing campaigns: writing email copy and overseeing copy translation, building campaign workflows, tracking campaign results, and project-managing asset design and production
- Work closely with our global Customer Success teams (US, UK, CEU, APAC) to ensure they are briefed on campaigns, including how to follow up on them
- Coordinate with our Field Marketing & Partner Marketing teams to promote cross-audience content (webinars, whitepapers, etc) to our customer audience
- Work with our CRM and marketing automation systems to set up email marketing campaigns to drive product onboarding and ongoing engagement, upsell/cross-sell, advocacy, renewal, and winback
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns against agreed key performance indicators and provide regular reports on results, progress and recommendations for future
- Be our point person for day-to-day team support, including campaign scheduling, research, copywriting and office communication
- Support project tracking in our project management tools
We are looking for people with:
- 1+ year experience in a similar marketing role (e.g. marketing assistant, marketing operations, project manager, program manager, event coordinator, copywriting, PR & comms)
- Superb project management and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong copywriting skills, as well as a passion for writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly-collaborative team environment
- Well-rounded and effective communication skills
