Director of Marketing
Northspyre is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our fast-growing, venture-backed start-up team. This is an opportunity to enhance overall company messaging and brand while engaging deeply with the sales team.

About the opportunity:
We are looking for entrepreneurial, high-achieving leaders with a track-record of success to help grow Northspyre from an early stage startup into a billion dollar enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Revamp and refine company messaging and branding
- Update, maintain (and if necessary redesign) company landing page
- Manage any online marketing efforts including landing pages, Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, SEO and other needs
- Coordinate with our external sales consultant and help implement strategies to increase inbound sales leads
- Produce marketing and lead nurturing materials yourself and also with external content freelancers
- Implement automated lead nurture sequences using email marketing tools
- Work closely with sales team and CEO to refine top of funnel processes, improving conversation rates at each step and bringing in more qualified lead.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree (B.A. preferred)
- At least three years of prior work experience
- Very strong writing skills—with mastery of different types of writing (persuasive, expository, narrative, and descriptive)
- Good aesthetic sense and design vision.
- A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented is critical.
- Some exposure or experience in real estate or a start-ups with less than 200 people is a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite or other design and layout skills are a plus.
