The opportunity.
We are looking for an innovative, strategic, results-oriented leader who will be responsible for developing and executing a North America focused marketing plan that aligns corporate direction with market-appropriate strategies and programs. Reporting to the VP of Demand Creation & Americas Marketing, this role will be pivotal in taking our North America market to the next level.
You will shape the future of Trustpilot’s brand in North America as you take part in a complete marketing experience: from identifying key messages that resonate with the region, to building and executing integrated marketing communications with a dedicated regional marketing team and support of a global digital and content team.
Some specific things you’ll do
- Create and manage integrated marketing plans for North America that drive growth, support specific strategic initiatives, and product launches.
- Lead and develop the North America field marketing team for all aspects of B2B marketing, including but not limited to our events, webinar, and partner marketing strategies.
- Build strong engagement with both Commercial Leadership (Sales, Customer Success & Partner) and Consumer Marketing. Align regional Marketing programs to Go-to-Market strategies.
- Develop innovative and creative marketing programs that drive awareness, education, and demand.
- Define industry and account-based marketing initiatives to acquire or expand penetration of major accounts.
- Be the face of marketing in North America, representing the region in global marketing initiatives across content, digital marketing, events, and operations.
- Collaborate with global marketing colleagues on best practices for global programs and processes.
- Lead acquisition-marketing campaigns through all phases of the campaign lifecycle, including strategy and creative development, audience segmentation and targeting, execution of the campaign and coordination with agencies and in-house stakeholders.
- Develop effective partner marketing programs with both agency and tech partners to increase referrals and product engagement.
- Build and manage a budget across multiple marketing functions for North America and make optimizations and improvements to spend based on ROI and leading indicators of positive campaign performance.
What we'd like from you
- At least 7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- A demonstrable track record of success in building and executing marketing plans in North America
- A pro-active hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
- A strong leader and team player, who can empower and develop a fast-paced team
- A solid track record in understanding performance analytics and making data driven decisions to continually optimize and drive the customer acquisition funnel
- Strong project management skills and ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a very fast paced, shifting environment
- Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to get buy-in across various teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; skilled at telling a story
- Experience using Salesforce.com and marketing automation for end-to-end lead management
- Experience in managing budgets and contract negotiations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and to travel as required
- A passion for customer experience and solving customer problems
